List Of Smartphones To Receive Android 8 Oreo Update

Some are out there who still uses Android smartphones that runs on lollipop 5.0, KitKat 4.2 and even lower versions but actually, this operating system (OS) are obsolete and outdated. They run phone performance down to be very slow like a "Tortoise car" and sometimes develops issues like "unfortunately app closed" and among others.

Google are busy renovating and updating the Android 8.0 Oreo and will soon start distributing them to Android users. It's so unfortunate that everybody will not receive the update. Some people might receive the update in 2020 only if the person changes its brand of phone and upgrade to a higher smartphone that's highly compatible with the operating system.

Some of the features of Android 8.0 are: Improved customized notifications, full control over background running applications, more new keyboard features, improved adaptive icons, better cache handling and several new gestures.

Android 8 is expected to roll out via OTA (over-the-air) method which will be easier and more secured. However, these are the smartphones that will be getting the update from early to at least mid-August 2017.
